As we know, coaching is a partnership. And, that includes accountability. The role of the coach is to partner with the coachee to identify 1) how the coachee will hold themselves accountable, 2) how the coachee sees the coach holding accountability, and 3) how the coach holds themselves accountable. In this episode, Coach Dawn discusses with Coach Cinque on what it means to be accountable and how the coach and coachee can align on what this can look like in helping achieve impactful outcomes. If you would like to be a guest on the podcast or have questions you would like us to address in future episodes, please reach out to us: https://forms.gle/hxhGhNqQaQhHNQuSA.
