With over a decade at Ashesi, Jenipher Quaye has helped build the President's Office at Ashesi into what it is today. In this episode, she shares some of the lessons she's learned along the way, how she grew into her role, and strategies for working with leaders and teams. 

Having joined Ashesi after moving back to Ghana with her family in 2018, Yasmin shares thoughts on her journey to the university community, and opens up about the experiences that have helped shape her.
