Welcome to Solly's Proper House ! In 2019 while in the Philippines, I decided to dive a little deeper into electronic music, with 3 series focusing on house, techno, and trance. What started out as a monthly mix turned into quarterly, and now weekly. I'm a traditional four on the floor house head and it's definitely a genre I get to express myself. Manila Underground is a collaboration with DJ MikeMetal from the Philippines. They say you're only as good as your last performance... Well, I believe that. Today's episode of The 765 Podcast is live from my former club residency, Dancers Showclub. I often been asked over the years, "what kind of music do you play in a gentlemen's club"? A little bit of everything to be honest, that's why I consider myself an open format Dj. Over my 13 years there, I incorporated Dj gear such as turntables, CDJs, Dj controllers to bring a nightclub feel to the gentlemen's club. I always loved to mix in the club because it was very eclectic when it came to reading a crowd and incorporating the entertainers into the mix.
