Brian is a self-taught video game developer for the last 4-5 years. He does contract work for various different companies in the Unreal Engine and works on a variety of different types of projects within the software. Today we have a special episode about how to keep a motivated mindset. Our guest cancelled this week, and I have wanted to do something like this for a while. Larry Allswede is the owner and founder of Security Auto Glass, which started as a glass repair company. It's now a multi-million dollar business that incorporates glass repairs, replacements, and specialized glass treatments.
