In this FitMitTuro Fitness Podcast I am talking how to know if you are actually in a weight loss plateau and if you are, how to get out of plateau.One of the most common mistakes when trying to lose weight is to recognize data from emotion when measuring your progress. If you are actually in a plateau, you have 2 options to get out of it.
