Inspiration is, in its simplest form, the force that drives you to do things. Inspiration is far from being a simple topic; there are many books, webpages and articles that attempt to explain inspiration and some top academics have dedicated their life’s work to trying to understand, model and develop motivation theory.
Moore says that “The characteristics of the Warrior in his fullness amount to a total way of life, what the samurai called a do (pronounced ‘do’). These characteristics constitute the Warrior Dharma, Ma’at, or Tao, a spiritual or psychological path through life.”

There are quite a few benefits when a person is optimistic. For example, optimists tend to achieve better results and have a better level of health. Pessimists however, are more common in life. These individuals give up when they see adversity and they may suffer from depression.
Wellbeing isn’t just another word for physical health—it is about finding balance in body, mind, and spirit. In this state, we feel content, connected, energized, resilient, and safe.
