Dating apps can feel like their own toxic relationship. We swear them off, only to come back because life is busy and meeting strangers in the real world feels nearly impossible. A Pew Research survey even found that more than a third of app users walk away feeling more pessimistic about dating than before. So why do we still cling to them, even when the experience leaves us drained? In this episode, I share the hidden truth that restores optimism in love, plus the one “dating app” I actually recommend if you’re serious about finding a real connection. (Spoiler alert: It’s not what you think.) If you’ve ever felt exhausted by swipes, ghosting, and endless options that lead nowhere, what I reveal in this video may be the missing piece between frustration and finally finding your person.---►► Love is Hard. In today’s episode, I share 7 simple steps you can take to make better decisions in love and start building self-trust again.---►► Don’t miss your chance to join the October 18-19 Matthew Hussey Weekend Retreat THIS weekend from anywhere in the world. Why does it feel so hard to find someone who will actually commit? These days, it’s easy to get caught up in someone’s curated image: their Instagram-perfect life, charm, and seemingly deep qualities. But having great qualities doesn’t automatically make someone a great partner. And that’s where we often get stuck. In this week’s episode, I break down why we idealize people based on what they project, and how it distracts us from seeing what really matters. I also share the subtle signs to look for in someone who’s truly capable of long-term commitment.(Also: This is your last chance to watch my final free event of the year and discover the one crucial step to reclaim the power in your love life—fast! We’ve been told from a very young age to “play it cool”... But as we grow up, we realize that when we feel we need to “play it cool” to keep someone interested, that often means we’re feeling anything but cool... and it usually comes from a place of insecurity or a fear of being rejected. Pretty soon, we find ourselves calibrating our conversations and contorting ourselves to meet the other person’s needs so we don’t come off as needy or a nuisance, and little by little, we start to show them that our needs can be ignored with no repercussions...In today’s episode, you’ll learn the best way to increase attraction and investment in a way that doesn’t diminish your value or make you feel like a nuisance simply for stating your needs.---►► Don’t miss the Love Life Reset next week: It only takes 5 seconds to sign up for Matthew’s final live online training of 2025! Perhaps you’ve been texting with them for weeks and have already deduced they could be “The One,” or maybe you live for the two minutes of conversation you have with them before spin class. I wish you mentioned the increasing number of women who have to go to infertility clinics and try IVF and all sorts of treatments just for the sake of getting pregnant. we need to be honest. women have a biological clock and getting older and not finding a partner is a real concern if they want to have children.

Dear Audrey, dear Matthew, What a pleasure to listen to this new episode of your podcast. Thank you very much for your inspiring words, your view of telling another person about an ultimatum was new for me and I am thinking a lot about it. Yes, you want another person to choose you without the pressure of an ultimatum, this has a totally different quality and you know the other one is taking the new relationship serious, without having an advantage of marriage and affaire. that was amazing Matt. could totally identify with her. Now I feel much better that I made my boundaries clear and broke up with the one who was not willing to change his behavior
