The energy is palpable. I can feel your energy. How's your energy? I'm low energy today. I'm placing too much energy here.  Mart and Dave start the discussion today with a visit into the Pinterest world of Elvish Sci-Fi Medieval Forestry Art, then take a dip into the waters of the Sperm Whale and its ability to shatter a human with only its sound vibrations.  Marty takes us deep into the BioField and ElectroMagnetic Energy. Some call it Raiki. Others might call it Aura. It's a power Mart must respect and wield with care.  Nick Bjugstad makes a brief and welcome interruption to toot Dave's horn and put Marty in his place.  Our energies are in constant flux and flow. We condition our energies. Is it static? Is it dynamic? Might we need to shake up the cerebral spinal fluid in our bodies and take it for a walk? Can we manifest both the feminine and masculine sides of ourselves?  Dave talks about MetaCognition; moving and playing with the Tone, Rhythm, and Structure of our words and thoughts. Mart plays with the MetaPhysical, the body remembers, the body keeps score. We can all spend time pulling from our own story arcs and altering our past interpretations for our own benefit and the benefit of those we serve in the present and into the future.  Don't miss the Rapid Fire Round to hear Mart's answers to some of Life's most pressing questions.    Chapters 00:09 Introduction and Technical Difficulties 03:06 The Relationship with Social Media 06:09 Artistic Expression and Consumption of Content 09:14 Exploring Reiki and Energy Work 12:09 First Experiences with Reiki 15:13 The Impact of Energy Work 17:55 Unexpected Call-In and Conclusion 21:35 Introduction and Light Banter 23:09 The Reiki Experience: A Personal Journey 24:43 Understanding Energy Transfer and Healing 26:48 The Science Behind Energy Work 28:48 Dynamic Energy and Its Impact on Well-being 31:19 Creative Energy and Its Importance 33:19 The Power of Eye Contact and Energy Exchange 36:15 Feedback and Self-Reflection 39:39 Practices for Energizing the Body 40:56 The Balance of Mind and Body in Energy Work 43:04 The Role of Insecurity in Personal Growth 44:45 Navigating Concussions and Emotional Vulnerability 46:20 Transforming Regret into Future Choices 48:58 The Journey of Personal Growth and Story Arcs 49:46 Metacognition and Energy Management 53:04 The Power of Words and Energy 57:04 Rapid Fire Reflections and Personal Preferences   Harvey Martin Instagram | @harveyjmartin X | @harveyjmartin Website | www.harveyjmartin.com Marts | www.marts.life Without Words: Mastering the Art of Being | Amazon | Barnes & Noble Breathe. Meetings, meetings, meetings. Timed meetings. Sauna meetings. Boring meetings. Dynamic meetings. Humans like to meet.  Episode 3 starts off with a look at the way we come together and the way we say goodbye. How much of this behavior is learned and culturally acceptable? Enter Minnesota Nice and Iron Fist Detroit and how much does this collective thought and feeling affect the overall ether being created in a sports town, a team, or organization? The fear of offending can hinder great growth. Ruffling, Disrupting, and Offending are oftentimes great stewards of necessary change.  Mart and Dave take us through some of their own coaching journeys. Climbing the ladder and taking the sidewalk are known paths to going somewhere, but spending time in the wilderness and taking the side door also provide great insight and perspective when it comes to teaching, coaching, and leading others.  Being YOU as a coach.  Bringing YOUR special sauce.  Leaning into and drawing from YOUR experiences.  Trusting in YOUR unique teaching and coaching abilities.   Finally, Mart and Dave touch on Humility and Confidence.
