Episode nine of Sport Northern Ireland's, Curious Coaching Podcast with special guests Steafan Deery. Christine & Steafan reflect upon how they've drawn their own learning in their chosen sports, the skill sets that they've developed over time, and their thoughts following the recent Sport NI #WebinarWednesday with Professor Jean Côté.Christine is the proprietor of CR Coaching, a hockey coaching company who deliver hockey opportunities for children across the wider-Armagh area. Christine is also assistant coach to the Ulster Under 16 girls team, having previously represented Ulster and Ireland at age-grade levels and enjoyed a successful club career with Armagh LHC.Steafan is a pracademic with a wealth of experience in youth development. Steafan previously taught physical education and worked as a PE specialist for the Irish FA. Recently he has embarked on a funded research position with Ulster University on team climate, team dynamics and leadership. He has also been a lead coach for junior national development squads and a sports development officer for the Tyrone county board.
