Description

The Kyle Keegan Radio Show broadcasts the virtue of meaningful entrepreneurial and mutual exchange. This is a contrarian radio show that embraces producing entrepreneurs and challenges the status quo.

KKRS is not the onepreneur show. It doesn’t embrace a "4-Hour Workweek." It is about building businesses that are bigger than just us; and living the life of producers, leaders and capitalists.

KKRS is the truth about entrepreneurship. There are no steps. There is no formula. It's hard. It requires sacrifice. It requires grit. This is all FACT and no amount of comforting lies from other content creators about "some 10 easy steps" or "turnkey course" is going to get a true entrepreneur where they want to go. Reject the fictitious notion that the art of business can be made into a methodical process.

Is a dream team of awesome and expensive people, who move mountains on your behalf, out of reach for most entrepreneurs?Actually... It might be a great place to start and more obtainable than you think.
Anyone that tries to reason entrepreneurship into: luck, a scam, not a real career, unrealistic, or a waste of time is someone that doesn’t know where their bread comes from. There are a lot of people that clearly don't know where their bread comes from.Let's build upon a solid foundation of understanding:1. If you want to be the 1% you have to do things only 1% of people do. 2. Taking advice from people you wouldn't want to be like is dumb.3. The world around you has literally been civilized by entrepreneurship. In today's episode I address the following objections, by the ignorant, in opposition to entrepreneurship.-You don't have enough skills... Well I hope that isn't a permanent condition. -You don't have enough money... Why are we trying to use our own money?-Not enough experience... How about proof?-Pay your dues... No.-It is risky... Risk is a choice.-You have a family... Good, most successful entrepreneurs do.-You could fail... You probably will fail, but how far you fall is a choice. In this episode we go over optics... How you are perceived by the market...So many entrepreneurs LOVE to act like they don't care what other people think. They do so at their own expense. The market decides what companies are and are not successful. The market is comprised of people you influence. This is an objective truth. What happens when you soil your name? What happens when you build your name? In today's episode, I discuss where I have been and my frusterations with the stagnation of the show. I also go on to discuss fractional reserve banking and attempt to, in laymans terms, explain the banking problems we are observing. Do these two bank failures fortell future bank failures? In response to our last episode about the habit delta between the rich and the poor, I was asked a question... What if all the employees tried to start businesses? A purely hypothetical question, but something I decided to address on the show today. What would this mean for those of us who employ others? How should we look at the movement up and out of our companies? Should we "keep people in their places?" OR Should we help them see that they make "their place?"A fascinating thought experiment for me that comes down to self-interest and I hope you enjoy another episode of KKRS. I think on a foundational level, we found a major difference between great and poor leadership.Telegram Community: https://t.me/killbigger Join the discussion at https://www.thefastlaneforum.com/community/threads/kaks-kill-bigger-radio-show.95326/ DISCLAIMER! We hear all the time about "the wealth gap" between the rich and the poor. It is most often used to suggest that "something must be done about it."Like putting a band-aid on cancer, the suggestions are almost always redistributionary, but redistribution doesn't change the broken foundation—the habitual differences in choices and lifestyles between the rich and the poor.In this episode, I go over nearly 100 interesting statistical differences in the behavior of the wealthy and the poor. If we want to "do something about this" we need to address the core. Make no mistake, we want to build great things, this is about thriving, not about overcooking our lives. There is an incredibly tempting line that I believe entrepreneurs should only cross with major caution and a plan. There is an ability to sell “your thrive” to the business. What does this look like? A successful entrepreneur with an incredibly enjoyable life begins to overwork “to make the business more successful.” It may even work, for a little while, but the business begins to permanently demand that extra effort out of the entrepreneur. The irony is that is not a recipe for an effective visionary leader, and while it may help the business temporarily, it is a permanent recipe for a basket case business owner that treats his/her employees like garbage and ends up with a family that hates them, and a business that stagnates. In the long run, THE ONLY WAY to build great things is to maintain your thrive.
In today's episode I discuss a permanent pivot. For the life of KKRS I have thrown an umbrella over the entire category of entrepreneurship and addressed ALL who considered themselves entrepreneurs even though I focused on enterprise building and visionary leadership of something bigger than you. There is still value in these episodes for everyone seeking such a journey, but I am no longer going to make this about all entrepreneurs. There is plenty of hustle bro, all about money and play, content out there. KKRS is different and is making a clear differentiation. KKRS has always been the show for entrepreneurs who find more meaning in their work than in yachts, cars, and travel.KKRS is for entrepreneurs that desire to create multi-generational wealth.KKRS is for entrepreneurs that are not interested in "dying with zero."KKRS is for entrepreneurs that seek to change the world for the better.KKRS is for entrepreneurs that understand that despite their desire to build multi-generational wealth, that money is an effect, not a cause... an effect of great value, leadership, meaning, and an adventurous journey in business. I understand this will fly directly in the face of many mindsets here. Please know, I respect others' rights to do this however they please, but respectfully don't and won't see it that way personally, and believe I have created a compelling case for my way of thinking. Let's start this new journey with a discussion on meaning in work... That it isn't about the money.

In today's episode, we focus on the early rise of John Jakob Raskob, the man who would go on to become the developer of the iconic Empire State Building. We'll explore Raskob's humble beginnings, his early ventures in the business world, and the key decisions and opportunities that helped him rise to success. Tune in for an inspiring episode about the early journey of someone who became a great, but lesser known business titan.Check out this book: https://amzn.to/3FumrXYTelegram Community: https://t.me/killbiggerJoin the discussion at https://www.thefastlaneforum.com/community/threads/kaks-kill-bigger-radio-show.95326/DISCLAIMER! ChatGPT is the potential "google killer" an AI technology that can eloquently write responses to your inquiries. Is this something people should be worried about? Is it going to take your job? Maybe. We have all heard people declare a job "beneath them." It always comes across as entitled and ridiculous... Well MANY MANY jobs throughout the history have fallen "beneath" humanity because of new technology. Don't fear tech. Don't fall beneath humanity. Don't even fear for people who do. It works out better for everyone when the market rejects the status quo for something better. Better yet, be responsible for the disruption. You are SERVING humanity when you do. I have always held that professionalism is a choice, but I am learning that, to some degree, and for some people, it is a skill. Maybe it doesn't come naturally, but the excuses really have to end there. How you do the little things is how you do the big things, so we are going to discuss being professional today on KKRS. I have six major points to make and every single one of them IS A CHOICE, not a personality type. So, the excuses end now. Timeliness, Preparedness, Clarity, Presentability, Dependability, and Honesty combine to make a professional. I also put the "I don't care what other people think" bros on trial. You can't simultaneously want to build a business that is bigger than you, and also not care how you present to others. Sorry, but that is incredibly contradictory. Be someone others can count on. In today's episode, I took on the Marxist belief system that billionaires and enterpreneurs in general are universally exploitive and somehow have to be to get where they are. This is the video in question https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=316nOvHUS8AI hope this is a good refresher for some on the actual way the world works. I thought of a new way to show the difference in thinking between business and personal achievement on a linear scale and vs an exponential scale. A work/worth ratio explains the mindset and understanding difference between someone on a Forbes list and someone who goes back to school so they can get a better job. External locus leadership seemingly found its way into one of the world's largest automakers. It is a shame that despite Ford's founder Henry Ford being one of the best business leaders in history, his legacy has come to emails that essentially say "sorry, but it's not our fault."In this episode, I essentially rewrite the horrid email bearing bad news without responsibility and show how an actual leader would take care of business. I later go into what I personally learned from unpacking this and how I could have done some things differently as a leader. Sometimes there are honest mistakes... Taking responsibility implies that the problem can be solved. Dodging responsibility implies that it's out of their hands. True leaders remove the phrase, "it's not my fault" from their vocabulary.Telegram Community: https://t.me/killbiggerJoin the discussion at https://www.thefastlaneforum.com/community/threads/kaks-kill-bigger-radio-show.95326/DISCLAIMER! Where does first world tyranny come from? What does it look like? What’s the best remedy? Good business. I explain what increasing interest rates does to the affordability of real estate. If rates keep rising, real estate will keep falling.
