Description

Jesus used this Bible. Made in 300 BC for the Library of Alexandria, the Septuagint was independently translated from Hebrew to Greek by 70 Jewish scribes. Miraculously, all 70 copies were identical from beginning to end.

You may recall that the Bible was written in three languages: Hebrew, Aramaic and Greek. It's obvious why it was written in Hebrew. The Aramaic writings came due to the captivity in Babylon, and later Israel and the known world were conquered by Alexander the Great of the Greeks. Hundreds of years elapsed (during the time of the Macabbees) and eventually the Jews spoke Greek. The Greek name for the Son of God is Jesus Christ. But the Hebrew equivalent is Joshua (pronounced Yeshua) Messiah AKA Anointed Messiah. Meaning that the Book of Joshua (son of Nun) in the Greek would have been called Jesus Nun, which is something Eusebius commented on matter of factly in his writings.Part 1 of the Eusebius' Ecclesiastical History -> https://www.thebookmatrix.com/p/transcript-eusebius-ecclesiastical.htmlPart 11 of the Eusebius' Ecclesiastical History -> https://www.thebookmatrix.com/p/transcript-ecclesiastical-history-of.html

The Seputagint copy was translated / written in 300 BC by a miraculous act of God. 70 bi-lingual Jewish Translaters, who were unaware of each other, produced identical copies of the Old Testament from beginning to end! Identical! That is impossible! Since the New Testament is also in Greek, that means the resulting English translation contains his Greek name: Jesus Christ instead of Yeshua Hamesshiah.Since the name Jesus Christ doesn't appear until Deuteronomy and Numbers, I wanted to put this podcast here to direct you to specific locations where it does appear. It appears in 112 chapters.
Sara is frustrated that she is unable to bear Abram a son and so she gives him her handmaid to wife. And they conceive and bare a son named Ishmael.
