So what do you do when you struggle?  Too often people try and tough it out because of the stigmatism of asking for help implying weakness.  In this episode Denise shares her own reflection on times in her life where asking for help was important.  She shares insights and learnings from others focusing on strength is asking for help.  We need to challenge those who instill fear for asking for help and be strong leaders who are fearless!
There was (and still is) the myth that vulnerability is weakness - It is not!  Being vulnerable requires great strength as you step outside of your comfort zone. In this episode, Denise explains why vulnerability is strength as she takes you through her experiences with vulnerability as well as the lessons she has learned along the way.

Very POSITIVE discussion. I thought Denise spoke with great passion and used very relatable life examples. As a young professional, I found this to be very motivating and beneficial. She speaks about life/career skills that I can relate too, and want to incorporate these skills into my future. Can't wait for more episodes!
