Hi, I'm Hafsa Slaiman, intern, wanderluster and extrovert. The problem though is that I hit more speed bumps than a formula one racer. Med school has proven to be far from Grey's Anatomy and my future has become more convoluted than the nephron. I’ve been away for a while but I’m back and ready to confess, but are you ready to hear it all?

As a surgery resident the thing I crave is some wholesome OR time, however it is far few and infrequent so when you do get OR time you feel like you’re on cloud 9. Especially when the attending gives you heaps of autonomy. Have a listen yo how my first appendectomy went.
