okay I'm really not understanding why the biological parents were told that they couldn't know where the baby's body was going to go. I think there should be an internal investigation into the child services who had authority over that case because of all the things that went wrong with a lot of the different situations I really don't know how they dcfs got away with the things they did to the victims of this case.

not to be crude but I still think the kids were killed in loris apt and that Tylee was dismembered there as well. I think that luminol needs to be used in that apt. I don't think it's been done. as I don't think detectives are thinking that way. and it can be found years later truly would love to see this on a forensic files episode
