The Air That I Breathe Podcast is hosted by Jodi Howe. This podcast is a faith based podcast speaking to those dealing with anxiety and are longing for a peaceful mind. This podcast offers ways to learn how to navigate through the mental storms of life with tried and true tips, devotionals, testimonies & prayer! It will be offered on a weekly basis covering ways to begin healing from anxiety through practical approaches and God's love. Jodi has dealt with anxiety her whole adult life with many seasons of learning and growing from this difficult cross to bare. Jodi is not a doctor and does not attempt to play one on a podcast. She is a testimony to healing from it. Jodi has built a ministry on leading people to Jesus and is always learning, growing and yearning for more Jesus in her own life.

If she preaches it, she has to practice it and that is one of the things that Jodi strongly devotes her time to; which is getting into the word of God. This week Jodi's  guest is Rachel Price who is a Bible Study teacher and has tremendous insight and applications that we can use to get more into the word and help us study without it becoming overwhelming or stressful. Peace is not the absence of problems, but the presence of God. In this episode Jodi speaks to how during the hard times of Parenting, we have to trust that God is working reconstructing our lives, so he can build a beautiful palace to live in with us.  He is building our spiritual strength so we can work through the mental storms of life, our children struggles and give us the ultimate peace he promises us.  
Fear is the biggest liar out there but yet people are feeding more into fear and looking less into finding peace. In this episode Jodi uncovers some of the thoughts of where people, social media, the world is infusing fear it seems people don't even want to feel peace in their lives?World views, social media, bad information, false prophets....... God knew from the beginning through the middle and to the end that in order to live abundantly on earth with an eternal promise we have to begin a relationship with Christ.

These are difficult times.  That bring on alot of anxiety.  But if we could ask our ancestors how they got through it, they would say Resilience.  It's not what happens to you in life it is how you handle it.  Jodi talks about how God is the only way we can build a resilience on our reaction to anxiety and how if we conform to the ways of the world, we will feel it more.  God is our waymaker and miracle worker and these mental struggles in life; they too shall pass. 
Where are you Christmas?  Where are you Jesus?  How do you activate the spirit of Christmas and the Holy Spirit?  Where does Santa Claus come from?  As we celebrate the most wonderful time of the year, we get out of it what we put into it.  This episode is full of thought provoking perspectives on how to ignite the Spirit of Christmas through the spirit of Jesus Christ!  MERRY CHRISTMAS to you!  
Acceptance is key in anxiety relief.  When you own it you learn how to get ahead of it to avoid anxiety in your coming days.Protect your calendar and look forward to that sabbath day that is a promise; well, more like a requirement from God.  
Celebrations are great especially when they mark a special time in your life.  In this episode Jodi talks about the efforts to stay anxiety free by being more prepared when that big event happens.  Tech devices before bed are not like melatonin.  In fact they wake you up more.  A little snip-it on how we should be reading "paper" not blue lights so we can fall asleep faster.

It's not what happens to you in life, it's how you handle it.  Tackle this season's anxiety by offering gratitude in spite of your challenges.  You have the ability to turn a season of gloom into a season of cheer.  Starting with Thanksgiving.    
Do you dislike religion?  Question the bible and who God is?  Has someone hurt you and so you now have a bad feeling about Christianity?Well, you are not alone.  Many humans on this earth do as well.  But is it fair to blame God for bad delivery from his people on earth?  Jodi speaks to anxiety and God's love, but in order to support listeners in their walks in faith (or possibly, lack-thereof) Jodi felt led to explore this thing called "Christianity" in a more TRUTH led perspective.  There is honesty and transparency in this episode so take heart, Jodi's heart is raw and open, but always pointing toward Christ.  
If you live surrounded by chaos and a messy life, your mind reacts.  Jodi encourages a clean and tidy home for a decluttered mind.  Your feelings can help you, yet sometimes, they can harm you.  Jodi offers tips on how to navigate your feelings so you ultimately feel content and in line with God.
