In the year 2000 Sandra left the corporate world in pursuit of something more and established her own business in the world of personal development. Lucie Hartley has spent over 30 years working in social care in a variety of roles in the public and third sector. Until May 2019, Lucie was Chief Executive of a Devon-based charity, EDP Drug & Alcohol Services, which grew during her tenure from a very small charity to one of the largest charities in the Southwest, (increase in turnover from less than £1 million to over £9 million). Lucie undertook an MBA at the University of Exeter, achieving a Distinction and a Dean’s commendation for outstanding achievement. She currently works as a freelance consultant and coach, with a particular interest in organisational culture and management/leadership development.
