In the early 1900s, the bustling city of New Orleans, Louisiana was terrorized by a serial killer. They attacked 12 people in their homes over the course of a year. What makes this case unusual is the alleged killer’s promise - to spare those that played jazz music from their homes. While the reign of terror ended in 1919, the aftereffects are felt even in the present. Today, we look at the disturbing case of the Axeman of New Orleans.

It`s very good
So I get off work between 11 pm and 2 am (depends on how busy the night was, how late I was on my med pass, how much I have to chart, etc), and I'm currently sitting in my driveway in my car at just before 1:30 am. I also have a diagnosed severe anxiety disorder and have been very scared of paranormal, creepy stuff my whole life. Especially visuals. I think the only reason why I'm not absolutely mortified to be outside at night anymore is because my last 3 jobs over the last 3 years have all involved me getting off work after dark. But boy, when I tell you I'm having to exercise some immense restraint to not look up this image. I know it's gonna scare the shit out of me and make my fear of the dark rear it's ugly head again, especially if Fredo had that visceral reaction to it. I'm a little bitch about creepy, distorted, uncanny valley bullshit, and the way yall describe it makes me feel like that's what this looks like. I'll probably look it up tomorrow during the day while at work, cuz it'll be easier for me to handle it there for multiple reasons. But part of me that has shite self control wants to look. I know I won't cuz otherwise I'll regret it, but still. Also, the way it's described makes me think a lot of the Mandela Catalog stuff. Like those creepy videos on YouTube made by that guy and games made by multiple people that deal with Alternates and whatnot. I've watched vids from Markiplier of him playing the games and from Jacksepticeye of him watching the vids. There is absolutely no way in hell I'd watch that shit without a buffer, and I just don't play scary games period. I can't even play zombie games without having a panic attack due to my phobia of them, and same with Phasmo cuz of my phobia of ghosts. And it took me immense amounts of mental strength to get through the flood portions of Halo 1 - 3 alone as an adult despite growing up playing those games with my brother. There's no way in hell I'd play any scary games. And I know it's in my best interest to NOT look up this uncanny valley-sounding pic rn while I'm at home, it's at night, and I'm still outside. But god my self control is struggling lol.
I grew up in Richmond and I've never heard of this! So cool!
omg I live in Denison tx
so just now listening been bingeing a few weeks, so about then drinking the alcohol. that's highly unlikely I work in distillation the reason white oak is traditional used isn't just the porousness but red oak unless treated a certain way will poison alcohol. it's something that has been known 100s of years it's likely what made the alcohol denatured. the fact groge which was essentially alcohol and citrus juice was made and held in barrels and beer before that as it didn't stagnant like water so it was often used for drinking over water at sea for 100s of years it's likely the sailors would know that alcohol in red oak is dangerous to drink.
did they just say Ashville isn't a big city/town and not a tourist destination🤦
the keys have to open the box the gem is in, that's how they know it's the right key
So yeah, the husband is on dialysis, so he is AROUND blood. But only blood to be used for him. There is little to no way that he'd be able to just go and take blood from the blood bank in the hospital unless the security measures surrounding the stored blood were VASTLY different than they are now. And since this was during the AIDS crisis, I doubt that. Currently, there are many checks that need to be done just to access the blood, and only lab workers are allowed to have access to the blood bank. Nurses aren't even allowed to in my area; they go down to get the blood from a lab tech, and they only see the one bag of blood they're going to use on that pt at that one time. They can't even take more than one bag at once if the pt needs more than one bag, because of the regulations and because a bag can only be out of the fridge for 30 minutes before it's administered. And the blood administration is rather slow so it doesn't kill the person. And you need 2+ nurses AND the lab tech just to check the order and label to make sure that EVERYTHING is correct on it. Like that it has the correct pt info, correct blood type, sample type, etc. There are MANY checks to be done just to get one single blood bag, and doctors, nurses, etc who are on the floor with pts can't access the blood bank on their own. The blood is brought to them at the front of the lab. Of course, this is just how it is at the hospital I've done my clinicals at. And our nursing program has made a whole intricate, long skin involved with obtaining and administering blood because it's such an intricate and intense thing. That's my experience as a nursing student who's almost a nurse. It could have been different back then, and maybe I'll hear about that later in the episode (I'm only like 18 minutes in or something), but that's my thoughts now. I'm no expert but I do have some experience with blood admin regardless.
Hi, what do people play when they come to the casino ? Probably the more popular ones are slots . Slots dominate the online casinos. It is the category most often chosen by players, which is reflected in its popularity. About the best slots in existence here: https://automatyhazardowezadarmo.pl/
The stregoy(?) one kinda makes me think of the strega(?) from season 2 of the Witcher. Also this whole episode lowkey feels like delving into a Witcher guide book on monsters, what they do, and maybe how to kill them lol. But I could be biased on that cuz I really, really love the Witcher show.

Hi, I see that you're already at least a little bit familiar with the casino and its structure, so I do not have to explain to you how and what works there. Going back to your question I would choose online games https://dr-betcasino.uk/ , they are much more interesting if only because they take place online right in front of you and I know a great site where you can play these games and not be disappointed.
a very good chance she had a boyfriend who spoke and that first recording was fake. I certainly hope it wasn't an intruder but I'm surprised how easily people on Reddit will believe anything like that
