Cody Laughlin is the head of Deal Acquisitions for blue oak capital and has been an active real estate investor for over 10 years. His focus is the acquisition of cash flow producing real estate with a special focus on value-add, multifamily assets. He works alongside other investors through syndication to acquire multifamily assets and is currently invested in 240 units as a General Partner. Brian Alfaro is the head of Investor Relations for blue oak capital carrying a background in foodservice operations as a multi-location retail business owner.  Brian’s real estate experience spans both residential and commercial real estate and now retains ownership interests in 240 multifamily units as a General Partner.
Todd Dexheimer and his companies have purchased, renovated, and sold well over 700 units, ranging from single-family homes, duplexes, multi-family properties, mobile homes, raw land, and a ski resort. His focus is on value add Multi-family syndication in emerging markets. Todd and his team have purchased Multi-family buildings in 5 states and hold over $35million of real estate. Todd has raised over $15 million in private equity and has provided his private investors with double-digit returns on every investment.Todd also hosts the podcast Pillars of Wealth Creation, where he interviews successful business leaders along with coaching those that are interested in stepping up their investment game.
Bikran Sandhu is the CFO/COO and Co-Founder of Rise48 Equity. Bikran's main responsibilities include overseeing underwriting, transaction management, asset management, and investor relations and distributions for all assets acquired by Rise48 Equity. Bikran also oversees accounting. treasury, and financial planning and analysis for Rise48 Equity. ​  Bikran has a professional background in audit and assurance services where he worked at PwC LLP and audited Fortune 100 companies as well as pre-IPO companies. Bikran also worked at CNM, LLP, and has a professional background in management consulting services related to SOX compliance, risk advisory, and transactional accounting advisory services for Fortune 500 companies.  Bikran holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics with an emphasis in Accounting and graduated Cum Laude from the University of California, Irvine. 
Frank Rolfe has been an investor in mobile home parks for almost 30 years, and has owned and operated hundreds of mobile home parks during that time. He is currently ranked, with his partner Dave Reynolds, as the 5th largest mobile home park owner in the U.S., with around 20,000 lots spread out over 25 states. Along the way, Frank began writing about the industry, and his books, coupled with those of his partner Dave Reynolds, evolved into a course and boot camp on mobile home park investing that has become the leader in this niche of commercial real estate.

Alix has been involved in real estate, construction, and development for the last 20 years. Alix owns over 1700 apartment units as an LP, Co-GP, and KP, and self-manages his portfolio of single-family rentals as well as a small portfolio of commercial properties. In addition, Alix invests and owns a substantial portfolio of mortgage notes. Alix has broad-based experience and knowledge of multiple real estate asset classes and is focused full-time on growing his private equity real estate firm.

Greg is a former small business owner and retired after a 20-year career with Frito-Lay. He has been investing in real estate since 2016. Currently, his portfolio consists of an ownership interest in over 150 units in Tennessee, with a market value of $11,000,000. Greg has also participated in a land development project in South Carolina, a multifamily property in Indiana, and multiple active flips in the Tri-Cities area. 
Kevin spent nearly 20 years with Comcast and was responsible for managing the team that negotiated telecommunications access agreements with multifamily property owners.Multifamily Utility Solutions now does business throughout the US for multifamily property owners with as few as 50 units and others with thousands of units.

Josh Eitingon is the cofounder of DXE Properties. He brings a keen eye to each acquisition, identifying opportunities for growth. With a focus on optimizing property performance, Josh works closely with management to drive each business plan. Prior to DXE, Josh founded JAE Property Group. JAE was born with his first real estate investment, a 20-unit distressed property in Cincinnati, OH. Josh oversaw all major operations of the company and was instrumental in all phases of acquisition, asset management, and investor relations. Through JAE, Mr. Eitingon and partners established a portfolio of multifamily investment properties clearly fitting into a well-defined investment strategy. Kate has worked in the medical device industry in the UK and the USA for 20 years and she is currently at a small startup working with a really fun group of people in the infection prevention space (so it is pretty busy right now!!!). She started her real estate investment journey by buying a small (terrible!) house in an area she didn't know.....everything you aren't supposed to do! She got away with it and sold it a few years later buying a few single-family houses in a good area she knew. She was a single-family home investor, moved to some small multi's and have sold most of them, and now investing exclusively in syndications. She is currently in 11 different syndications with 5 different sponsors.
