While the podcast has been on a brief hiatus, Pank has not. We chat about hitting milestones (like buying new clothes) and breakdown his new workout routine. The man is nonstop.
As Pank gets stronger and faster, he finds himself involved in a rather hairy fitness challenge.
This week Pank and Adam are joined by fellow fitness enthusiasts Joshua Hansen and Soo-Whan Lee. The guys discuss what got them into running, fitness milestones, and staying motivated.
After last week's wall, Pank has persevered and dropped another .9 kg (2 lbs)! Bringing his total so far to 4 kg (9 lbs). And he's just getting started! We talk about some of the new exercises he's trying, staying motivated, and overall feeling better.
