So this podcast is about the most Important part of the consultation...FIRST i want to start off and say I spent over 2 hour trying to edit this podcast ....so I am throwing out some disclaimers... I made the decision to move forward with this information because it is very important..as my podcast grows I know my editing skill will grow also. Mission of Blue leaf connections.  It has been a while since my last podcast.....But I am  back..Had to take time off to heal and refocus on what is important.  I will say that the Mission of BLUE LEAF  has not changed I am more focused than ever on bridging the gap between the student licensed professional.  For all Cosmetology and Barber students  just sit back and listen.

The most important part of any service is building trust with your guest. Working in a hair salon is one of the most personable jobs on the market. You get the opportunity to be a Day maker everyday. you have the opportunity to meet people one on one and build relationships. The best way to build a great relationship with a guest is a great client consultation.
