The Inner world conversations is going to be all about mental health. Through the podcast I am looking forward to co-create as many conversations that I can with different mental health professionals on different topics around mental health. As much as I would like the conversations about mental health to be discussed on a daily basis around the country, most of us are hush hush about it or not really aware about the factors that constitute mental health. Through the podcast if one person wants to know more about or better understand a topic pertaining to mental health. The podcast down the line may have a topic that covers it, and if he/she can take away even a sentence or two from the conversations. I'll be extremely delighted.
