In episode 7 of The Recruitment Finance Podcast, Poonam talks with Stuart Bell on his journey to outsource after hiring someone to do the job internally. Stuart is the founder of Robertson Bell, who specialise in recruiting in accounting and finance roles within the public sector and charity space. Robertson Bell are a leading finance recruiter in the not-for-profit space who have been going for 14 years. In this episode Poonam and Stuart talk about what Robertson Bell have outsourced with regards to their finances; the reasons for having someone internal as opposed to outsourcing; how Stuart went about looking for outsourced providers. 
In episode 6 of The Recruitment Finance Podcast, Poonam talks all things marketing with Rob Quirk.  Rob has 13 years of experience of working in marketing and is currently the Marketing Director at Tempting Ventures where he looks after their clients. We are joined by David Annable, Founder and Director of Franklin Fitch, an international recruitment business specialising in IT Infrastructure, John Rose, former CEO of Hudson and FiveTen Group who is now a non - exec director who sits on the board of many recruitment companies. This episode addresses the markets and geographic locations that have fared better than others during the Covid-19 outbreak, in particular markets like Germany which opened up quicker as the impact of Covid was less severe.
