This week on Openly Outspoken, friend and returning guest Jay Doran interviews me. He asks me about overcoming doubt, growing up poor, personal growth, talking about politics and how it has affected business, and more. Ever since Jay Doran was a child his curiosity around culture emulated from the core of his being. Every thought, word, and action that Jay had to face unresolved prepared him for who he is today. Jay believes that due to his innate curiosity and the knowledge that he was adopted catapulted his psyche into a far-off land of emotional distancing, rationalization, and externalization of his own emotions toward entrepreneurship. At a young age Jay was closed off, shutting others out, and always contemplating his entrepreneurial future. Jay is a self-motivated being always obsessed with understanding himself and his place in the world. He believes he solves the necessary, inevitable, and valuable problems that arise in every business. Jay does this with immense gratitude, satisfaction, and responsibility; every day thus proving that Culture Matters. Connect with JayEmail: jennaculturematters@gmail.comInstagram: @jaydoran_theculturemanOpenly Outspoken with Jeremy Adams is a podcast for authentic discussions on current events, business, politics, science, and more with some of the world’s best and brightest thought leaders. Jeremy’s primary inspiration to start the podcast was to be able to have meaningful conversations with people whose viewpoints he may or may not agree with. One of the greatest things about current civilization is the fact we are so different and have so many different perspectives. With a focus on growth and learning, rather than just being right, the world will be a much better place.New episodes are available every Friday on Facebook, YouTube and your favorite podcast player at 11AM EST/8AM PST.To subscribe to the show on your favorite podcast player, visit: http://openlyoutspoken.comTo subscribe and watch full episodes on Youtube, visit: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCeV_4fKex4yOwO8fh_EMP4gTo learn more about Jeremy Adams, visit: http://jeremycadams.comAnd to connect with Jeremy on social media, please see the links below:Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/mrjeremycadamsFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/mrjeremycadamsTwitter: https://twitter.com/mrjeremycadamsLinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/mrjeremycadams
This week on Openly Outspoken I catch up with a guest from Episode 3 of the show, Dr. Bob MacInnis! We talk about a wide range of topics including struggling with weight, creating good habits, Canadian conservatives, getting offended, how to be open and authentic in your relationships and more.Dr. MacInnis enjoyed a great career as a dentist, that was foundational to his ability to develop several diverse and successful opportunities outside of dentistry. His original dental practice is currently in its 40th year and is thriving today as one of the longest standing group practices in North America. He was a founder and seed investor in an innovative company in the mining/steel manufacturing sector that is now expanding into the global space as a dominant and disruptive leader. He has an amazing passion for personal growth and development, and loves using that passion to help high achieving business owners gain clarity on what matters most in life. He is in the final stages of launching an online training platform which will have universal business applications. Robert’s experience and connection with people in coaching, speaking and personal development is an ongoing passion.Connect with Bob: robert.macinnis@growthplatform.coOpenly Outspoken with Jeremy Adams is a podcast for authentic discussions on current events, business, politics, science, and more with some of the world’s best and brightest thought leaders. On this week’s episode of Openly Outspoken, I had the chance to deep dive into playing college football, rigged elections, open borders, starting businesses, legalizing weed and more with Jack Murphy. Jack is a Co-Owner of Making Web LLC, a digital marketing company that ranked #298 on the Inc 500 list in 2020. A college dropout and former college football player, Jack is the Co-Founder of I Love My Freedom, a patriotic e-commerce company that went from 0 orders to over 1 million orders in just over 2 years and co-founded TrendingPolitics.com, a political news website reaching over 30 million page views per month. Connect with Jack MurphyInstagram: http://instagram.com/thejmurphy, LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/jack-murphy-3992a3126/Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/jack.d.murphy33Openly Outspoken with Jeremy Adams is a podcast for authentic discussions on current events, business, politics, science, and more with some of the world’s best and brightest thought leaders. This week on Openly Outspoken, I sat down with Kris Dehnert, entrepreneur and baseball fan, to talk about his business, how always saying yes almost cost him his health, collectibles, minimalism and more. Kris Dehnert is unique... From the deals he does to the companies he has launched, he has a knack for living outside of the box. Challenging the ideas of what is possible, Kris tends to lean into his experience, imagination, and often his network to blaze a path worth following. With numerous successful ventures under his belt, he manages to stay grounded by embodying the idea that "Network = Net Worth" and without it you have nothing.Without a doubt, Kris is one of the guys that you need in your corner in almost every situation, and when an opportunity arises to do business or have fun, expect the result to be BOTH!Connect with Kris on Linkedin https://www.linkedin.com/in/krisdehnert and check out his most recent venture at https://dugoutmugs.comOpenly Outspoken with Jeremy Adams is a podcast for authentic discussions on current events, business, politics, science, and more with some of the world’s best and brightest thought leaders.
