But at the same time for me, it was, it was a really welcome change to the lifestyle that I've been living.”“I think that was one of the penny drop moments for me, where I was like, wow, that's insane. Like, cause that is so me, I genuinely voiced like, I'm I wasn't angry. I wasn't, you know, there wasn't any, I wasn't sad. I was genuinely frustrated. Like I always used to feel like there was some, there was something inside of me that I wasn't allowing to come out. Like almost like this feeling of being like trapped inside myself, if that makes sense. And that starts to shift away from that heavier frequency of these fears so that sometimes we don't even have to go deeper into them.”“And one of those shifts is the overthinking that we start to do right within this need to have these answers a big reason why we struggled to find them is that we're overthinking and we're overthinking from a very human-based place. Right? So we're overthinking our fears, right? I am super excited today because we are joined by Tina Conrad, DJ breast cancer today. You may know her from Instagram, Tina is such a source of light and positivity in our beautiful breast cancer community here. This conversation is all about faith which is such an important part of my life, but it wasn't always that way. I share my story with my faith, how I went from not having a practice, to having a really deep connection with the universe God's source my creator. I think there is something about, you know, the faith that you grow up with, but then the faith that you find when you're an adult and I can be very moved now.”“But now I truly feel if I can help one more person, see God, the way that I see them too, you know, then I'm really making a difference in this world. So if anyone has any questions or wants to reach out or, you know, Even wants to have a debate. Like I welcome it. Going down the mental spiral of anxiety isn’t helping us in any way, shape, or form. You try to push away this spiral every single time it comes back but you end just feeling more anxious.  I know this has come up alot for people in my own community and I am confident everyone listening has experienced this too. It doesn't build up.”“It took a lot of personal growth, a lot of investments in coaches and learning to cultivate a whole heck of a lot of self-love as I let go of a ton of pain. I was finally able to go to scans without having a meltdown beforehand. I could finally read information online for prevention and not be triggered, because I was afraid of what I was missing. I could finally look in the mirror and embrace all of me. I could stop second-guessing all my choices and just enjoy my life in the present moment.”“I was so open and receptive to making these changes in a way that was so effortless because it was so aligned with the truth of who I was. I needed to do something.”“I don't want to have this insane level of anxiety and fear. I don't want to make decisions out of fear. So I just continued this program thinking of next year, more long-term and, and every week that I was waiting for those calls and this work, and I was just like learning so much.
