In 2005 Charles Johnson's life took a turn for the worse. Charles was wrongfully convicted of murder and robbery. In order to obtain this conviction the judge allowed the state to use co-conspirator hearsay evidence from a witness who never witnessed this crime. This individual swore on oath and testified to what someone else told him. This is the final episode with Michael Alexander Cox. If you have listened to Part 1-2 with Michael, you are aware of the inconsistencies in the states, surviving victims, witnesses and Coweta Sheriff's Department statements.
