An artist is always creating, but where do his ideas come from? In this story, the first in a series, you'll meet a guy who can only draw one subject: a man he's never met. Through the drawings, he comes to know the man's likes and dislikes. As he draws the man over and over in countless settings, he starts to confuse his own life with the drawings. His reality is being erased and redrawn, but what will remain when the pencil is put down?

It's one year after Megan's strange and, at times, dangerous mission to find Rachel's missing friends. Strange because in the course of pursuit she got lost in shape-shifting houses and met people capable of making unusual things happen. Dangerous because Smith, the thing who kidnapped the friends, didn't want to be bothered and had a funny way of torturing people just with his gaze.
In that year's time Megan has been avoiding all things strange, and that includes thinking about what happened and speaking to Rachel. But, an arbitrary decision one evening forces it all back into her memory. What happens next? Listen and find out!

It's the first edition of The Unbodied Mini Episode! In this episode I will be recounting two smaller stories and showcasing two piano pieces by Joseph Taylor. In the first story, First Spring, a woman does something we'd all like to do: she single-handedly stops winter and brings in spring. A Helpful Pamphlet, the second story, is a piece sent to me from the future. What would happen if an alien organism landed on Earth? Would the authorities divulge that information to the public, or would they try to cover it up? Listen to find out!
I plan on putting out two episodes per month beginning in May. I will still be putting out a longer episode at the end of every month but two weeks prior to that I will be releasing another smaller episode called The Unbodied Mini Episode. This should be a way to get out more content. Email me with questions or comments: geoff(at)theunbodied.com or visit www.theunbodied.com.
