Tamara works as a city planner in Houston, Texas. She also makes handmade rugs through her brand called Punchy Tam.
Terence is an entrepreneur and a founder of Terry Toast, one of the first producers/sellers of Kaya (coconut custard jam) in Canada.
Valentina is furthering her study of immigration within South America at a university in New York. At the same time, she is working as a research assistant for university professors researching asylum seekers' experiences and volunteering at organizations helping asylum seekers who immigrated to the United States.
I spoke with, Rikkie Beazley, a singer-songwriter currently based in Vancouver Canada, who goes by the artist's name of "RIKII". Throughout our conversation, he let me peek into his creative mind, by sharing the process of producing songs, and some of the physical and mental hurdles he had to face as a creative.
Shinno is a good friend of mine who currently works as a financial data analysis in a global media company in Tokyo. He shared his passion for combat sports/martial arts, and we discussed work environments and the things we have come to value in our life so far.
My girlfriend and I reflect on our bikepacking trip that took place in Japan last fall. We cycled 656km in 13 days starting from Tokyo and finishing in the city of Kobe. We discuss the reason for taking on the trip, the preparation we had to do, and the physical and mental experiences.
I spoke with Kai Childs, who is a founder of SEKAI Education. The organization delivers education programs that connect students to communities whose unique cultures are often underrepresented such as the Ainu people, an ethnic group indigenous to Japan.
For this episode, I had Bryan come on to the show. He is a friend of mine from high school who currently works as a hedge fund analyst in Tokyo. He shared his experiences in attending international schools in Japan, how he entered his current field of work and his thoughts on it.

I spoke with a good friend of mine from University in Canada, who is currently working as a medical scribe in downtown Seattle.
