And moderate winds will be out of the southwest gusting up to 20 miles per hour. The Wichita City Council took the first step toward reducing traffic lanes on downtown’s primary business street, with an eye toward creating a more bikeable and fun Douglas Avenue.

He said they are fed up with backdoor deals, favoritism, and influence peddling at City Hall.
