Great podcast. I only use magic mushrooms for medicinal purposes, to quickly relieve stress if I need it at some point in my life. I can also say that for example, to improve my mental health I prefer magic mushrooms https://www.shrooms-online.org/shop/magic-mushroom-capsules/, because only this product gives a slight euphoric effect and really helps to relax after a hard day's work.

Mental health issues can affect your emotions and thoughts. There are many options for treating them, including therapy and medication. Medication changes the chemicals within your mind that control emotions and thoughts. Therapy is more individual and concentrates on helping the patient cope with their problems.
