We sit down with Dr Robert Felkler, partner and implant dentist at The Eledent Clinic in Sutton to discuss 'The Application of Yxoss CBR - CAD/CAM technology for use in major grafting cases'.Robert qualified from Queen Mary University of London and had an early interest in Oral Surgery, working as a Staff Grade in North Devon District Hospital. He went on to complete an MSc in Dental Implantology at University of Bristol, allowing him to achieve predicable results using the latest Straumann technology. His main area of expertise involves a combination of Cosmetic dentistry and placement of Dental Implants to restore a healthy, beautiful smile. With extensive experience in Smile Makeovers, he uses a combination of techniques, including Invisalign, tooth whitening and gum re-contouring to correct and perfect your smile. Robert receives referrals from local practices for complex treatments, Implants and Oral Surgery, including the removal of impacted wisdom teeth.

We sit down with Dr Milisha Chotai  from Newnham Dental Practice, Ely, to discuss implantology and guided bone regeneration, specifically getting to grips with the basics of guided bone regeneration.Dr Milisha Chotai completed her undergraduate dental degree at the world-renowned Karolinska Institute in Stockholm, Sweden in 2008. She has to date, completed multiple accredited postgraduate training courses. Most of her higher training are within the field of dental implantology. She has successfully completed a Master’s of Science degree in Dental Implantology at the university of Bristol, for which she was awarded a distinction. She has in addition completed a Master’s of Science degree in medical education.Dr Milisha is experienced in all aspects of dental implantology including the treatment planning, the surgical placement and the final restoration as well as maintenance of dental implants. She has published in reputed scientific journals and is currently an honorary lecturer at the University of Bristol for the MSc programme in dental implantology. Her book “Mastering communication in dentistry” was published in 2016 and has been featured in dental podcasts as well as in reputed dental journals.
