We want to wish everyone a happy and healthy holiday season and share an announcement about our podcast.  We have decided to take a pause or hiatus for a season.  We have been doing this podcast for over 3 years - 155 episodes!! In this week's episode, Jamie and Guy discuss the advantages of setting goals or resolutions in the 'autumn' or fall season as school is starting.  They discuss how New Years' is the traditional time to set resolutions but may not be the most ideal. After a month of holidays, parties, and traveling it can be difficult to stick to resolutions that may be a little ambitious . On the other hand, setting resolutions in the fall might be a better tactic.  The school year brings a schedule back after a carefree summer and can provide the structure needed to better stick to and achieve your goals.
