Goals right now is to lose about 10lbs and get off some of this covid fat.Developing a fitness mindset:It’s a lifestyle not a diet. It is an eating plan for life. Stop the fad diets. Simplified nutrition plan.Don’t compare yourself to other people. You are unique and unlike anyone else. What works for me may not work for you. You could have the same workout plan and have completely different results.
