Showtime announced back on Oct. 14, 2020, Dexter would be returning in approximately fall of 2021 for 10 episodes! As a fan, I share what I have found online. Will the ending in 2013 be ignored? Will it be based in Miami? Will Debra return? Will it pick up where it left off? And how will it end? Clyde Phillips, who was involved in the first 4 seasons, returns as showrunner and I also share what he envisioned as the series' finale alternate ending when he was interviewed in 2013.
