Joe Williams is a respected Tlingit tribal elder and tribal brother of host Dan Blanchard. He leads by example throughout the community and has a wealth of knowledge of his local community and history. Once the Mayor of Ketchikan and Saxman, Joe has been involved with the communities and Native tribes for most of his life. He was also the first Tlingit to be elected Ketchikan’s mayor.
