Things change. They change fast and the universe doesn't share when those things will change.
Staying focused and being ready are your only advantages.
If the wind blows and you forget why you are doing what you are doing... you just lost.
If you get emotional and stay in your feelings, you will not be able to focus and take care of your business.
What is your end game? Why are you doing everything you are doing?
What are you working hard for?
Why are you making all of these sacrifices?
Until you can get clear about what you want and don't want, you will never reach your true heart's desires.
Repeat after me... I WILL UNTIL
I will until...I am debt-free
I will until... I buy my dream home
I will until...*fill in the blank*
You can only hold but so much in your hands at a time. What are you willing to let go of so you can hold the things you really want?
Stop chasing shiny shit!
Stay focused on your business.
If what you are doing is not an investment into your business (website, accounting, organizing) and it's not revenue-generating (cold calls, emails, production) then it is a distraction.
Pro Tip:
Set a timer for 20 minutes.
Remove all distractions and complete a 20-minute task. Once the timer goes off take the next 20 minutes to wander, scroll or daydream.
Try implementing this system for a week. It will reveal how much work you actually can get accomplished and how much time you actually waste.
This means you were born with a gift.
Innate: existing in one from birth
Don't be fooled by unnatural or unearned credentials.
Nothing wrong with formal education, but if you were born with a gift for business, never feel intimidated by diplomas on a wall.
The struggle is real when you are working your full-time job and working your business.
The reality is many entrepreneurs will work their full-time job for many years after starting their own business.
Some do it because they want to and many do it because they have to.
Questions to ask yourself.
Is your JOB your end game? Do you plan to retire from your JOB?
If you are in the military chances are you will. If you plan to retire from your job, create a plan of strategic integration.
Be transparent with your job, clients, family, and yourself.
If you are not planning on staying at your JOB and you know it's a temporary move, create an exit strategy. What is your walking away point? How much do you need to make in your business to leave your job?
Why are you doing both?
Do you have to do both? Do they serve different purposes in your life?
Are those purposes clear?
Remember why you started!
If it does not disrupt your peace or paycheck...keep it moving.
Don't let it bother you or keep you from doing what you need to.

Saying no to things you don't want to do really means you are saying yes to the things you really want.
When you say no, these things happen...
Power to be more in control of your life.
Confidence to say no more often. The first time is the hardest.
Safety from overextending yourself.
Opportunities you didn't even know were out there.
Saying no means you value your time.
Saying no can be a brave act.
Saying no means you know what you want.
Saying no means standing your ground.
Saying no is sometimes saying yes.
“When we fail to set boundaries and hold people accountable, we feel used and mistreated.” ~ Brené Brown
“I allow myself to set healthy boundaries. To say no to what does not align with my values, to say yes to what does. Boundaries assist me to remain healthy, honest and live a life that is true to me.” ~ Lee Horbachewski
