Hello and welcome to Moksha — a place designed to help you go within, contemplate and meditate. These holistic healing offerings allow you to slow down and take care of your holistic Self: physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. I believe we are our own best teachers and healers, and healing is an innate power that each of holds within. Sometimes we just need to remember to get quiet, listen to our intuition, and create a life where you are truly sovereign being your authentic Self. My prayer is that these offerings spark a light within that lead you to a deeper path of healing.

Please grab some headphones and choose if you want to lie down or be in a seated position for this sound meditation. Headphones are highly recommended, as it will help pick up the frequencies from the crystal bowls, gong & chimes that are played in this offering. This class was made to help you slow down from your analytical thinking mind and drop into your subconscious realm of exploring parts of your deeper, hidden mind. I pray this helps you ground your energy, release any blocks that you may have and transcend old limiting beliefs that are weighing you down. May light shine upon you and peace reside within you. May you continue to guide your pure light home. Namaste.

Grab a seat and dive inwards with me on this root chakra meditation. We’ll drop in with the breath, explore visualization & close out the practice with a metta meditation. ** Please find a comfortable seated position for this class. I personally love to practice with my hips elevated & if you try that on & it resonates, great! If not, that’s great too! This is just what I recommend for an active meditation class like this.

My dear friend, Diana joined me to expand today! She is a graduate of The Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing and served over seven years in the pediatric intensive care unit. Prior to that, she received a BA in Political Science from San Diego State University where she discovered her passion for social justice and community service. She has created Cultivating Self, a non-profit that serves to help combat compassion fatigue and burnout for nurses with implementing safe containers to learn holistic practices and creating innovative educational programs. Diana is interested with modern medicine while increasing access for BIPOC communities. She continues to immerse herself into the studies of Ayurveda, plant medicine (entheogenic plants and fungi), yoga, meditation, sound healing, breath work, energy healing, and the wisdom and medicines of her indigenous Taino and Mesoamerican ancestry. She remains deeply committed to Decolonial work and studies under the guidance of her teacher, Dra. Rocio Rosales Meza, PhD. Overall, she believes it is only through this self awareness and listening that will allow us to begin humanizing each other, bringing forth a regenerative and connected way of living. Enjoy this conversation into the deep dive of all things from Ayurveda, working in healthcare, yoga, our parallel in our mental health journeys, bedside nursing, subtle bodies & everything in between. Nothing is off limits in this conversation, as we are both open, raw, and vulnerable about everything that is on our hearts! I hope this conversation helps you spark a light within you that allows you to dive deeper and tap into your authentic, embodied Self! ——- Connect with Diana ↓ https://dianacantureyna.substack.com/p/worker-owned-healthcare?r=18jkmc&s=w&utm_campaign=post&utm_medium=web&utm_source=direct Check out & donate to her nonprofit ↓ cultivatingself.org
If you’re studying for boards as a family nurse practitioner, this streamlined learning focused on eyes will be able to amplify your learning!
This is how I prep all of my private clients before their immersive sound meditation journey!
This was my presentation for my grad school project on implementing meditation for nurses!
Get comfy and let’s dive in to create space for Self healing in your inner landscapes! Reconnect to your authentic Self through this breathwork and grounded meditation practice. You’ll practice (box breathing if your pregnant) bhakistra pranayama + kumbhaka if you are not pregnant. You’ll start to tune inwards with alternate nostril breathing followed by a grounding guided sound meditation. If you choose to lie down, please grab an eye pillow, t-shirt, or something to place over your eyes to help your senses turn even more inward, place pillows or a bolster underneath your knees, and a pillow or neck roll under your head/neck. Comfort is key here! If you’re sitting, please be upright — stacking each chakra on top of the other and creating a clear pathway for your nadis to open so energy can travel upwards. You can use a wall for a prop or a blanket, pillow, or meditation cushion. Do what feels best for you, and be mindful that it can change! Honor where you are at today, and thank you for creating space for your own Self-healing! I am so grateful to guide you on this inward journey.
While prepping for the ANCC, I want to have short clips that synthesize one topic for streamlined learning. This episode is solely focused on my combined lower respiratory notes. What is unique is how I pitch the question and hold space to allow you to come up with the answer. I used clinical experience, Barkley FNP Certification Review, and Leik FNP Certification Intensive Review to help further my learning. These are stories to help visualize the diagnoses. Enjoy! P.S. I am a family nurse practitioner student. This is clinical knowledge for a board exam. This is useful for other students seeking guidance. I have zero experience as a board certified or certified family nurse practitioner.
I’ll catch you up on the shady details behind the scenes from the RaDonda Vaught trial. I’ll give you insight on my perspective, as a nurse that primarily worked in the pediatric intensive care unit. I’ll give you questions to ponder about how in the world this tragic fatal mistake happened. A nurse should not be a scapegoat and have to go to jail for an unintentional medication error that was a hospital system mistake. We need to be talking about this throughout the community because this is a historically sad moment in time and is going to change the way patient safety reporting in healthcare is honored.
Thank you so much for tuning in! This discussion is to help you navigate the chakra system in a very brief and concise format. I give my background and weave my personal experiences, readings, and evidence based science into this talk. I hope that my words help you on your path towards being guided home to your authentic self.
These are cliff notes for what I need to be learning while in school to become a family nurse practitioner!! Notes are taken from my classes and online articles. Enjoy your learning!! This topic covers type 2 diabetes, hyperthyroidism, and hypothyroidism.
I’m doing a PowerPoint presentation, and I thought I would share what I learned in a quick audio format. I hope this helps your learning and growth!
Susan Shumsky wrote this meditation in her book, Third Eye Meditations! It is on pages 31-34. I added a few of my own thoughts, but I acknowledge her for full credit in order to be able to listen to myself (as she instructed us to do in the book)! If you listen to this, I pray it helps you find as much coherence, joy, balance, inner peace, clarity, ease, and happiness as much as it does for me. Sending you love and flow. Take care of yourself! - Rosie
