This week, Brigitte asked, "I had a situation with a troubled employee that caused to stellar employees to put in their notice of leaving. One gave 2-weeks notice. The other gave four based on the scheduled release of a deliverable. We have been working to get rid of the troubled employee for a while, but terminating him may take two weeks on its own through our HR process. Is there a way to ignore the notice requests and insist on the good employees staying on?" Find the answer to this question and more like it at http://businessquestionsansweredhere.com.
This week, Shane asked, "I started a mobile entertainment business with my two brothers because we love to have fun together, and we thought we could make some real money in the process. What we found out was that we are really bad and holding each other accountable and getting the bills paid on time. We have hired on enough extra people that I can run the business with little to no help from my brothers, and I still believe this small idea could sustain itself. But as is, it’s a drain on cash which makes it a drain on time and not very fun. How do I get our finances in check, and should I buy my brothers out of the business before I initiate that plan?" This week, Tandy asks, "I have worked hard for the past six years trying to launch several businesses, with no positive results. Everything from MLM programs to online t-shirt shops has been tried, and all have failed. I have heard that the best way to monetary prosperity is becoming a businesswoman who answers to myself. I know that running a successful business is hard, but why is it so hard to just get one started?"Find the answer to this question and more like it at http://businessquestionsansweredhere.com.
