Criminal Law and Constitutional Justice

I attempt to very briefly sketch how issues of substantive (offence-defining), procedural and evidentiary criminal law becomes larger issues of significance in the manner in which they exercise constraints on individual autonomy/personal liberty.

A very brief introduction to the kind of philosophical questions that I seek to explore through this podcast. This is not a podcast about the law as such but rather a podcast about the philosophical questions that emerge in the context of constitutional disputes.
