It's day 31!!!! This means today is my last day for daily recordings in honor of Mental Health Awareness month. It's been fun friend but I am ready to get back to my regular bimonthly recordings along with my minisodes in between beginning next Monday, June 7th. In today's conversation, I am discussing a fifth sign that may tell you that you need a counselor, living with chronic pain. Chronic pain alone is a challenge for millions of people, but most people don't realize that sometimes chronic pain is more about past trauma than actual pain. Grab your seat, it's time to meet up!Follow me: @meetmeonthecouch

Grab a seat friend, let's meet up!
Welcome to day 28 where I am sharing sign # 2 that will tell you that you probably need some counseling. I am discussing trauma, specifically little trauma (little t) and big traumas (BIG T) and why it's a must to deal with either. Time does not heal your wounds, my friend, what you do in that time does the healing. Find your seat, it's time to meet up!Follow here: @meetmeonthecouch
Welcome to day 27! Today is the start of the last five days of May which means the last five days for my daily recordings. I am discussing five signs that will tell you that you need therapy. Today I am beginning with the first sign, having a poor picker. If you are the person who dates/marries the same kind of person repeatedly, you may have a poor picker. The key to stopping this pattern of unhealthy relationships begins with awareness and then moves on to therapy. Join me on the couch to learn more!
Day 26 is here! Today I am talking about my thoughts on medication and when to know if you need it. Medication is simply one tool in your toolbox of healthy coping skills. It is used as a tool and not as a fix. Listen in to learn what you need to be doing when the medication is working and how to know when it's time to get off of it. Welcome to day 18. We are over halfway there! Today I am talking about whether or not you have control issues. You'll thank me later. Let's meet up!Catch up with me here:@meetmeonthecouchmeetmeonthecouch1@gmail.com
