Professor Sarah Green, one of the high-profile speakers at the Trade Finance Investor Day, has been giving us a preview of her talk with digital trade policies high on the conference’s agenda.
Sarah, Commissioner for Commercial and Common Law from the Law Commission of England and Wales, has been heavily involved in the creation of the Electronic Trade Documents Act, the new law that means paper documentation will no longer be needed for international transactions.
