In this debut episode, we'll dive into how social media can contribute to low self-esteem, unnecessary comparisons, and other negative realities that inspire people to become procrastinators. More than anything, this is about how to be more productive and how to be more focused on your personal journey– even in a world where you're constantly watching everyone else's.corrective note: I know it isn't necessarily uncommon for students to graduate from college in four years or less. What I meant to say, was that it is a lot less common than people make it seem when judging those who take extra time to get their degree. There are a lot of super seniors in higher education. I have shared classrooms with students who left and got married and had kids, started businesses, traveled the world, etc. before they returned. I have met plenty of students who didn't even start their bachelor programs until they were in their late 20s, 30s and 40s. I, too, am a super senior who spent many semesters on the dean's list. The point is, everybody is different. Let them be!***
