I Was Pleasantly Surprised To Find OKO Supper Club A Pan African Tasting Menu Popup. It Was Different, Exciting, Especially To See Platanos Being Used So Frequently On Their Menus. It Gave Me The Confirmation That I Could Do Puerto Rican Influenced Fine Dining Tasting Menus And Get Away From The Conventional Methods Of "Fine Dining".
