This is a BIG, BOLD, BEAUTIFUL episode of It's All Film and Games. As summer winds down and the fall festival season begins, we take stock of 2025 so far, before unveiling our 10 most anticipated movies for the rest of the year. Besides another trip to Pandora and a new film from our lord and savior PTA...what else is in store for audiences in 2025? Come find out!   Follow Cory at @CorsLight25 on Twitter and @coryreid6125 on Instagram, or read more of his work at https://coryreid.substack.com/. Follow Sam at @thickshorty420 on both Twitter and Instagram. Follow Nick at @nickromaano on Instagram.
Cory, Sam, and Nick each ranked their top summer blockbusters of all time. Together, they will form a definitive list (that somehow excludes both STAR WARS and the MCU) for your summer viewing pleasure. Nick acknowledges M. Night Shyamalan, Sam and Cory fight about NOPE yet again, and Sam teaches the boys a fun new popcorn trick!   Follow Cory at @CorsLight25 on Twitter and @coryreid6125 on Instagram, or read more of his work at https://coryreid.substack.com/. In the triumphant return of the pod, the boys come together to give a combined ranked list of the 25 best movies of the 21st Century. Opinions on all 25 movies are given, as well as several heated debates over what movies were snubbed. It's All Film and Games will be returning twice a month for the rest of the year!
Episode 35: Mickey 17

Episode 35: Mickey 17

2025-03-1401:02:28

Bong Joon Ho's newest Sci-fi Comedy film Mickey 17 is the biggest movie to come out in 2025. Does this film live up to the standard of his previous work, or does it fall victim to a post-Best Picture winner slump? Nick Romano joins Cory and Sam to discuss this new film, as well as recap the 2025 Oscars.
In what can only be called the biggest return since Michael Jordan came back to the Wizards, the boys are back with a new episode about the 2025 Oscars. Cory, Sam and special guest Nick Romano go to battle with an auction-style draft to determine who knows the most about the best movies of 2024. Each contestant gets $1000 to bid on what movies will win the most awards at this year's biggest movie award show. New episodes will be coming back weekly, so stay tuned for more content for the rest of the year!
The cord has been officially cut, streaming madness is running rampant, and the boys talk about which streaming service is the best of the best in a 16 team bracket.
Episode 32: Nope

Episode 32: Nope

2022-08-0701:08:08

The boys are back. The boys are back. The boys are back in town as they say. The town this week is Jordan Peele's Nope, which is sweeping the nation as the premiere 2022 blockbuster. Listen, as the boys scream at each other over and over again about if this movie is deserving of all its praise.
We're back.  Top 5 movies from the mediocre film bros.
It's been a minute hasn't it? Well today the film bros go all the way back to 20 years ago to discuss one of the best years in film ever. Listen as the boys get back into the swing of things and argue and cry just like they've always done :)
Does Zack Snyder strike gold with his new campy Zombie movie? Does Samir learn how to quietly eat noodles? All of these questions will be answered on our newest episode :)
On today's episode we talk all things fire, Jolie, and Bernthal midparts as we discuss the newest Taylor Sheridan movie "Those Who Wish Me Dead."   Follow our twitter so you never miss an episode of the podcast @allfilmandgames
It's only fitting that our most ADHD episode revolves around the most ADHD movie released in quite some time. Today the mediocre film bros talk about The Mitchell's Vs. The Machines, the 2021 Sony produced animated feature film. Listen, as Samir takes literally 10 minutes to get one single point across, the film bros compliment themselves about how good they are at podcasting, and how Cory can quite literally never stop bringing up big media conglomerates.
On today's episode we take a break from films to discuss our 4 favorite tv episodes ever made. Each episode is deeply loved by the film bro who nominated it, and as it turns out we all pretty much have the same taste when it comes to TV. The nominees were: 'Ozymandias' S5 E14 of Breaking Bad  'Pilot' S1 E1 of Sopranos 'Mac Finds His Pride' S13 E10 of It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia  'Finding Frances' S4 E7 of Nathan For You
We couldn't have picked 3 more different movies for our 25th episode special. One made us cry from how sad it was, one made us cry from how funny it was, and one made us cry because of how bad it was (except Dane who obviously loved it). Thank you to everyone for the recent support!  Make Sure To Follow All Film And Games on Twitter @allfilmandgames and we just launched our TikTok under the same @
If you like podcasts where the guest is the smartest person on the show then I have a show for you! Today we have our dear friend John on the pod to talk about the 1996 cult classic, Trainspotting, and it's relation to Thatcherism and late stage capitalism. Even with its brainy subject manner this proves to be one of our silliest episodes yet!
The rules are simple (yet we still got confused multiple times). 5 rounds. Each person takes turns picking a 2021 Oscar nominated movie. The person who's 5 movies win the most awards come Oscar Night wins the draft. Lots of trash talk and banter in what is likely our best episode yet!
Will Gamble is objectively the most eligible bachelor on this planet. With his extensive knowledge of anime, six foot 7 frame, and a laugh that could cure diseases, we wanted him to be the first guest for our bachelor series. The mediocre film bros picked 4 comedies for Will to watch and he will pick his favorite as the Will Gamble Bachelor Champion. Movies Discussed: Life Is Beautiful  Best In Show Naked Gun Foot Fist Way  Private Life
There were 3 main surprise Golden Globe Winners, and our mediocre film boys were dead set on talking about them this episode. This episode we talk all things girl bosses, on the nose dialogue, and the ethics of actors portraying themselves, and most importantly if Cory could pass as Michael Moore at a bar.    Episode Timeline: I Care A Lot: 00:00:00 United States vs. Billie Holiday: 00:35:00 Nomadland: 00:48:00
It's a special guest extravaganza as we talk with our dear friend Emmaline! We have argued with Emmaline about movies for months and figured she'd be the best first guest on our show. We talk about 3 of her personal favorites in Little Women (2019), Yes God Yes (2020) and Water Lillies (2007) as well as her general love for cinema!
We finally have new releases in 2021! Today the mediocre film bros discuss 3 of the most popular movies released in the past two weeks. Listen as we all destroy Malcom and Marie, rave about Judas and The Black Messiah, and then fight to the bitter end on Barb & Star!   Episode Timeline: Malcom & Marie: 00:00:00 Judas And The Black Messiah: 00:32:00 Barb & Star: 00:51:00
