The month of April is Volunteer Appreciation Month, so we wanted to feature a francophone CAF spouse who used their OUTCAN posting as a time to gain a positive perspective, become a virtual volunteer with MFS(US) Outreach Advisory Committee, and impact our CAF families - both English and French, across the U.S. Today’s guest is Anne. November is Adoption Awareness Month. Canadian Military Families are fostering and adopting kids all over the world. Along with last week’s episode and today’s, we share 2 stories of families who adopted while OUTCAN U.S. Join us for today’s story of a family who went from 2 kids to 6 kids overnight, when they adopted a sibling group of 4 girls.Please note that MFSUS does not endorse or promote OUTCAN adoptions, and is not able to provide guidance or support to a family choosing to foster or adopt. These 2 special episodes are to highlight 2 families who made this decision and journey on their own.
