A little meditation I made up about a forest and a lake.
Given that there always seems to be a ‘perfect image’ of a person out there on the internet and people who put pressure on people who don’t fit it, it can sometimes be hard to love yourself and accept who you are. In today’s episode, I’m diving into the world of body positivity and loving and accepting who you are.

This is an original story written by me to celebrate New Years! When the time suddenly stops, two young children must work together to find a way to get the new year started. The spell bits are a little glitchy, i had to put in some audio from google translate and that didn’t go so well
