This week, we chat with Chef Amy about getting her start as a private chef and her journey to launching her  hot sauce line - Saucy.  Chef Amy has worked in the restaurant industry since the age of 14.  She graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and have worked in kitchens all over the US for the past 12 years.  Saucy was born from a love of travel, exotic foods, and making dinnertime easy for busy families with a commitment to collaboration over competition, mentoring women in culinary arts, and community involvement.  Saucy uses fresh ingredients for faraway flavors that make simple meals extra flavorful. Chef Amy recently placed 4th out of 35k contestants on Favorite Chef.  She was able to raise over $1 million dollars to help feed America!
This week, we chat with Jessica Castillo, podcast host and founder of Coffee Dates with Jess.  Listen to her story on how she got started with her podcast, where it's going,  and how she turns her passion for yoga and children into her new project - Blooming Minds in Bloom.  Jessica has been working with children for over 4 years and is studying to get a degree in psychology. Her goal is to  give children a voice and bring awareness to kids' mental health, education and self development.  Jessica believes kids have a strong voice and we all should listen and nourish their voices. 
This week see a more casual side of Donna Lisa as she does a wine tasting episode with her close friend and Catering Manager, Renee Watwood.  They taste and compare clean-crafted wines that are free from chemical additives, synthetic pesticides and sweeteners. Donna Lisa and Renee share their thoughts on the different wines they taste and discuss other topics that good friends bring up in conversation over a great glass of wine and food.

This week, we chat with young Momprenuer, Marina Madrid on how she started her natural wellness journey shortly after the birth of her first son. After facing hard labor and birth she began looking for a community of women who had faced the same, she found that it was almost rare to find successful natural birth stories. This sparked her interest in natural and holistic wellness and seeking out doctors who could offer her the approach to care she hoped for. Through this she found essential oils and her current company, Young Living. She launched her essential oil business one month before the global pandemic hit and has found a way to successfully grow online. She is now expecting her second child and planning an all natural home birth with the assistance of her midwife team and doula. She continues to share her love for natural healing and a new perspective with us today. 
Lauren Tieru, owner of Paige & Rye,  tells us about her journey into entrepreneurship and opening up her brick and mortar as her young family continued to grow.  Shortly after leaving the special events world, Lauren decided she wanted to open a boutique store, Paige & Rye.  Paige & Rye is a boutique home décor and gifts store, catering to the family community in suburban Las Vegas. What makes their storefront unique is an event space to host showers, parties, pop-ups and other special events. The space can be used as a trendy common space for people to gather.Guests will have the opportunity to shop, host a group or, do both simultaneously in a fashionable setting. Their primary focus is on home goods, and decorative knick-knacks! They look for local artists wanting to sell out of a storefront, and stock items not easily found in chain stores. Paige & Rye sets out to have a schedule available of workshops, classes, and other social gatherings. Patrick Peel gets personal about his journey to health and wellness the past year and how he continues to stay busy with his passion for design. He talks about following your passion and believing in yourself.  A dancer and designer by trade, Patrick has shifted his focus during the pandemic to become a certified yoga instructor at TruFusion and looks to bring his newfound passion into his design world.  A trend setter in a lifestyle setting Peel is described as a creative visionary, Patrick is an international award-winning designerwhose work has been recognized by Special Event Magazine, International Live Events Association, World Market Design Center and the El Cortez Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas just toname a few. A former professional dancer, he knows the stage very well and the creative process whether it be dance and / or a grand event. His professional background is both broad anddeep, and it includes extensive experience with theming, décor, lighting, props, and entertainment. With his vast experience Peel has shared his leadership and design with the Las Vegasspecial event community by serving as the local chapter president for the International Live Events Association (ILEA). Devoted to the special events design community he also shares his knowledge with students who attend The InternationalSchool of Hospitality (TISOH) in design and production. Originally from Texas, he is a graduate of San Francisco State University with an AA in Business Management and a BA in Performance and Choreography. Patrick enjoys working onprojects of all sizes, but he specializes in creating large-scale events. He is inspired by this motto: “Love what you do, put your heart into it and you will be rewarded."
Ivar started in the Hospitality business in Las Vegas in 1997 at Eagle Canyon Airlines - as International Sales Manager.  He continued in as Int'l Sales Manager for Scenic Airlines from 1999-2004.Ivar eventually joined the Aladdin Resort and Casino in 2004 which became the first Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino as Int'l Leisure Sales Manager for 5 years. He moved into International wholesale distribution in 2010 and have worked for 4 different companies in this capacity as Product Development Director on the West Coast.In 2020, while working on a rotating furlough basis for MPNA with one month on and one month off, Ivar decided to get his NV Mortgage Loan Originator license and to join his friend and Broker at Diamond Home Loans.Ivar is currently working in both businesses as well as doing Handyman jobs on the weekends.  You can contact him at
