This week, Aaron sits down with the head basketball coach of the Iowa West Reivers, Lindsey Vande Hoef. They talk about the lady Reivers, their current win streak and the playoff push. Coach Vande Hoef also gives us some insight into how she felt when she recently won her 200th game.

Iowa Western's new Esports program has started! Aaron interviews the new program's director Ian Alumbaugh about all of the fun things the ESports program is doing this semester.
The holidays are upon us and that means one thing... Holiday Phone-A-Thon! 89.7 The River, Iowa Western's premier radio station, is hosting a holiday pledge drive with a ton of gifts for music fans and more! Media studies student Jake interviews three of the key figures in making this event happen, Sophia John (Program Director), Stephanie Doty (Former Sales Director) and Reily Hiles (Promotions Director).
Finals are just around the corner and that can be stressful. This week is all about Mental Health. Aaron comes back to the pod to interview Lindy Larsen, Director of Student Assistance and Taylor Wiese, Mental Health Practitioner, about the mental health services Iowa Western offers.

Fall sports are in full swing in Council Bluffs and there is nothing better! Sports Media Technology student Aaron H. talks to TWO head coaches this week. First up is women's volleyball Head Coach Alicia Williams who discusses the team and their National Championship win from last year. It is a brand-new semester at Iowa Western and in our first episode back Brandon sits down in studio with Reanna Heim, the Dean of Student life to discuss the Campus’ vaccine incentive program. They discuss how important the vaccine is and how students can possibly receive $1,000 in a weekly drawing once they are fully vaccinated. Great to be back Reiver nation!
