Amazing podcast! I was struggling to figure out how to move forward with interviews for my podcast and this came right when I needed help. What helped me the most was thinking of addressing your intended guest as an "equal". I sometimes forget that when I'm addressing someone with a high following, but it's a great tip nevertheless :)
