Silja Litvin, is a Psychologist, CEO and founder of a digital mental health company called PsycApps. Her company uses gamification and psychology to help people help themselves. Oliver Newton shares his experiences of living with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), anxiety and depression. OCD is one of the most misunderstood mental health conditions and Oly enlightens us on the many ways it has affected him over the years. He encourages running as a  form of therapy, which has had a tremendous impact in helping him cope with his daily symptoms.
