The majority of Scott’s career has been spent at United Airlines, where he has served as a captain for over 25 years. He founded IMJ Coaching and Consulting in 2008, focusing on providing help and support for any transformation, growth, or change in the pursuit of personal and professional development.

Jonathan Puskas has over two decades of successful leadership experience in both the US Armed Forces and the business world. Currently, he is the Vice President of EXOS, a human performance company that was recently acquired by Google. In this position, Jonathan leads a team of almost 400 employees to deliver health and performance services. In addition to this, Jonathan is a Commanding Officer for the US Navy, where he has served his country for over 27 years. Previously, he worked for international brands such as Nike, Intel, and Adidas.
Dr. John Cronin is a physician scientist who serves as the Chief Medical Officer in the Sleep and Respiratory business at Philips Healthcare. In this role, and in his 25 years of clinical practice prior, Dr. Cronin has been motivated by a desire to improve the health and wellness of patients who suffer from sleep and respiratory conditions. This is what led Dr. Cronin to help co-found Sleep Science Partners and implement a direct-to-consumer model of patient care for sleep apnea. Subsequently, he joined Better Night Medical as the Chief Medical Officer, where he worked to develop a nationwide, specialty-specific chronic disease management program for patients with sleep disorders. He has also worked for Scripps Health, where he spent almost 16 years as a Medical Director in their Family Sleep Center.
Riley Jarvis is the Founder and CEO of The Sleep Consultant, an organization that helps entrepreneurs and side hustlers get more restful sleep and transform their productivity. Riley got his start in the finance industry, where witnessed firsthand the consequences of inadequate sleep and sought to help people like him achieve deeper rest. Since then, he has developed a state-of-the-art approach to restorative sleep health and modern sleep consulting. Riley is also the creator of MyTruSleep and the host of The Sleep for Side Hustlers Podcast.
Dr. David White is an internationally recognized expert on sleep medicine and treatment. Currently, he is the Chief Medical Officer at Philips Sleep and Respiratory Care and a Professor of Medicine at the Harvard Medical School. Dr. White initially served as the Chief Medical Officer for Respironics, Inc. He continued this role after the acquisition by Philips in 2008. In the past, Dr. White has also worked as the Editor-in-Chief for the journal SLEEP and the President of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. Throughout his career, he has published over 200 papers on the pathophysiology of breathing disorders during sleep.
Dr. Babak Azizzadeh is an internationally acclaimed facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon and the Director of the CENTER for Advanced Facial Plastic Surgery in Beverly Hills, California. His specialties have made him the choice of dignitaries, executives, celebrities, and other physicians. In addition to his practice, Dr. Azizzadeh is the Founder and a Member of the Board of Directors at MACRO Trials, an Associate Clinical Professor of Surgery at UCLA Health, and the host of the Smile podcast, among many other pursuits.
Bob Stanton is a long-haul, over-the-road (OTR) truck driver with almost 20 years of experience under his belt. He is an active member of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration and is the Co-coordinator of Truckers For A Cause, a patient support group for truck drivers under treatment for sleep apnea. Since being diagnosed with sleep apnea in 2002, Bob has been a passionate advocate for other truckers struggling with the same issues. Recently, Bob joined the staff of Dedicated Sleep Health and Wellness as a Referral Coordinator to continue his passion in a professional capacity.
Adrienne Gildea is the Deputy Executive Director at Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance (CVSA), an international nonprofit organization that encourages commercial motor vehicle safety and security by providing leadership to enforcement, industry, and policy makers. Adrienne has worked for CVSA for more than 10 years, serving first as its Director of Policy & Government Affairs before moving into her current position. She boasts more than 15 years of experience in the transportation policy space and is a certified association executive (CAE).
Dr. Fred Schwartz is the President and CEO of Global Medical University, an organization that strives to disrupt medical education. Dr. McBride currently serves as the Director of Education for the North American Association of Facial Orthotropics. She is also a Field Clinical Representative for Inspire Medical Systems, the Director of Clinical Development and Private Consultant for Dental Sleep Medicine Consulting and Practice Management, and a Dental Sleep Medicine Clinician for the Dental Sleep Medicine Offices of MJ Selleck. Dr. Troxel is a licensed clinical psychologist with a specialty in sleep medicine, and her research has been featured in esteemed scientific journals, media publications, and her two well-known TEDx talks. Dr. Troxel is also the author of Sharing the Covers: Every Couple's Guide to Better Sleep, a definitive guide on how to simultaneously improve sleep quality and relationship health.

Ben Leedle, Jr. is the President of Adventist Health’s Well-Being Division, a section that is committed to impacting all dimensions of well-being, including health, sense of purpose, security, and prosperity. In addition to this, Ben is the President, CEO, and Board Director at Blue Zones, a well-being company that was acquired by Adventist Health in early 2020. Dr. Miles J. Varn is the Chief Executive Officer of PinnacleCare, a personal healthcare advisory firm that helps individuals and organizations gain access to better health care. In this position, he has propelled strategic growth and innovation for PinnacleCare’s portfolio business. Before his work as CEO, Dr. Varn served as the firm’s Chief Medical Officer for 14 years. He is also a Member of the American College of Emergency Physicians and the American Academy of Family Physicians.
